Command;

miraSearchESTSNPs --project=WS --job=denovo,accurate,454,esps1 -notraceinfo
454_SETTINGS
-noclipping -cl:cpat=1 -co:asir=1:mnq=20:mrpg=2
>&log_assemblyWS.txt

I have two separate projects using the same parameters running on different
terminals. However when I start the first assembly, a "WS" project folder is
not created. Instead a "step1_assembly" folder.

When I start the second assembly, no new folder appears.
When I dig around in the "Step 1" folder I see information which seems to
originate from both separate assemblies. Could this be causing the issue?

Thanks,

J
