Hi Felipe,
Thank you for the quick reply. I am using MIRA 4.0 on Geneious 8. Do you think
it is Geneious error? Also I am trying to assemble Ion Xpress (Ion Torrent)
data, if that helps a bit in clarifying the situation.
Do you think my mentor's workstation will be able to handle this?
Specs:
Eight-Core Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2640 v2 2.00GHz 20MB Cache (95W) (32
Threads total with 16 cores)
with 128 GB of RAM
BioLinux 8

Are you using the newer version of MIRA in Geneious?
I had a similar problem but I can use MIRA outside "the box".
