Dear all,
I just released MIRA 4.9.5 which is primarily a bugfix release as I
inadvertently switched off consensus generation for all technologies but text
and Illumina in the 4.9.4 version.
As bonus, I made some changes which reduce the time for consensus calculation
by ~30 to 45%, which improves runtime especially in extremely high coverage
(>1000x) mapping projects.
