[mira_talk] Chimera clipping

Hello,
I am new in the MIRA community and I am very interested in the ability of MIRA
to detect and clip chimeras.
Is there a file with contains information about the chimeric sequences detected
in the assembly? I tried to find that but still remain unsuccessful.
