Hi,
I am using sff_extract on a 454 .sff file, and I have realized some
adapters (probably MIDs) are still present: a left adapter (acactactcgt)
is present in 99% of reads and a right adapter (acgagtggtgt) is present
in 14% of reads.
I manage to clip the left end with --min_left_clip=16 but not the right end.
Does anyone know how to clip the right end of reads? Better even, how to
right clip a specific sequence?
