The bias on the other side makes little difference. I have done considerable
experimentation on this in the last few months. Gaini's fiigure are for H-mode
which is a little more elaborate setup.

imho, for lowering the impedance of J310, only gate source drive is
sufficient
and i saw capacitor blocked switches many in designs.
