There's a jumper on PIN 5 of Arduino (digital board), hope we can
replace jumper with 4.7K resistance (only if PTT still works)...
Otherwise we need to cut a small trace ( with surgical hobby knife or
shaving blade) scratch remove green-solder-resist-mask & install 4.7 K
on back side of MAIN PCB.
