another way to say it Sandeep is the pads are covered with a mask so
that when you spray the green solder resist on the botton of the board,
none of it gets on the masked area's,the pads. The way I do it is print
a mask like you did and iron transfer it to cover all the pads, then I
apply the resist over the bottom and let it cure, then remove the mask
with a solvent uncovering the pads.  Jerry K5LRU

I was unable to make understand Adrian, being mobile...

This done after TINNING of Copper-Tracks.
'Green color masking is done on entire copper side of PCB
except on PADS, Green ink resistive masking is done as to resist
soldering except on pads...

we can skip also, but personally I prefer coz PCB won't get Oxidase in
near future. etc

properly made or not, not much expert...
