[minima] Low Pass Filters completed

Hi,
Just a quick update on my build. I just finished the low pass filters and
the relay switching. Next step is the mixer!
I have just tested the relay but did not characterize the filters tonight.
Will do that later.
This is really a great experience. I am learning a lot on homebrewing and
radio with each stage. I highly encourage everyone to give this project a
try!
