Yes, you can program any sketch. Using my circuit. My circuit is no different
from the original arduino. It is, in fact a straight copy of the original
arduino circuit!

Farhan.
It is new for me, I want to learn Arduino but I have to buy one for some
rupiahs ( IDR ). By this method you explain, I can program an AVR using Arduino
Sketch w/o Arduino, just wiring accordingly... well, very interesting to me.
Let's me ask you more :
1. May I use this method to program other sketch ( means not only Minima'a
sketch you developed ) ?
If so then it is valuable method and knowledge to me.
What must I have to adjust ? Must I review the port connection to AVR according
to the relevant sketch and go ?
2.I have downloaded all your file in Github. By programming this sketch to AVR
then I can run the Minima's controller ?
Sorry to my wrong question due to my very limited knowledge about Arduino style
programming.

i don't use an arduino. as is, the circuit is capable of being programmed.
which is why we have the serial port. this is what you do :
1. download the arduino developement environment
2. connect a usb-to-serial cable from the pc to the minima
3. from tools->serial port, set the correct serial port of the
usb-to-serial cable .
4. power up the minima.
5. press the upload button in the toolbar of the arduino.
6. keep clicking the rest button every two seconds until the led starts to
rapidly blink. stop pressing the reset button as soon as the led starts
blinking.
7. after a few seconds, the blinking will stop, the new sketch would have
been uploaded to the minima.
