the minima had spurious outputs in the transmit that rendered it illegal to
be sold as a design or a pcb. thats why i prohibited people from marketing
a pcb.

As far as I know, there was never a kit made for the Minima. I know of
at least one PCB design done, but again as far as I know, it was never
offered for sale.
So at this point, you will have to collect the various parts and build
it in what ever manner you are most comfortable with. (I'm using MePADs
and MeSQUARES from W1REX to do a Manhattan style build.)
