Thomas, try and visualize the transformer like this: Say your three wires are green , red, and brown. After you wind the transformer you will have three wires on each side of each color, one side is the top, the other the bottom. The green top goes to the BFO the green bottom goes to ground. The red top is connected to the brown bottom brown and then to the .1 cap. The top brown is connected to the top diode and the red bottom is connected to the bottom diode.
