The bit rate kinda low quality to me. 100 something if I remember correctly.

You know, I could be wrong but I remember hearing when you go to download it
that you can choose the original video no alterations or MP3 maybe even wav.

Yeah, pontes media downloader is The ticket. with it, You can download the
original audio video or just The audio. It’s actually written by a blind
person.
