I remember once doing it for the free Claire solo library and also
Realivox Blue.
It was one thing to drag and drop the automation parameters (try and
error and tracking the mouse shape change) but then the parameters
were only meant for internal use and had cryptic names like y4fe%e.
I had to correct them in komplete kontrol and add the section labels
as well (e.g. Reverb -> on off/mix/time)
I had to save dozens of mouse positions for Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol.

Just remember that you shouldn't use "Save" for the imported nki
because this destroys the original nki file. (a nksn file with the nki
extension is being created which won't work) Use save as instead.
