Team, thanks for the kind words! I definitely would not have been able
to make a showing like that without you all to push me and encourage me in
workout. It was my best 100 breaststroke in over 5 years. The 200 breast, I
have a history of going out way too fast and struggling, but this time I held
back too much and negative split it. Looking forward to getting back in the
water with MIR when I get back home at the end of the month!
