We do a contract using an invoice/estimate from quickbooks with a signed
second page (legalese) attached. We review the legalese each year to tweak
it.

 

We do not scale for type of rental or renter, only for time.and prices are
pretty inclusive-takes too much time and energy to track/charge for
"extras".

Members,

 

I am currently revamping our rental agreement form for outside parties'
events, meetings, etc.  I am interested in what other museums and historic
sites charge for rental of space.  

 

Please forward pricing and whether it is by the hour or by the event.  Is it
different for general public vs. non-profit or educational institution?
