Do you allow pictures to be taken at your facility? If Yes - any restrictions?
A. We do allow pictures but have some restrictions on sensitive
genealogy material/records.
Do you have an evacuation map of your facility posted.
A. No - We do meet in a public building and will make contact to
arrange to have a map posted.
How often do you do an inventory of your collection and items?
A. We have yet to establish a base line inventory. We are using
PastPerfect
as our inventory format and are slowly working our way through
our collection.
