Just a reminder that we will be meeting next week on Monday, May 9 at 10 a.m.
at Grailville.
Anna will not be present at the meeting, so if anyone has any topics they wish
to add to the agenda? If so, email me before next Monday.
We will be having a round table discussion on the topic of "Evaluation". This
may be applied to programming, events, social media, volunteer performance,
board performance, staff performance, etc.
How does your organization define evaluation? What data (quantitative and
qualitative) does your organization use to define evaluation?what questions
come to the minds of your guests? How often do you perform evaluation audits?
If you have any questions or advice like to share with the group, we'd love for
you to participate.
