Hello Aashi,
I wanted to share the "Passport Event" that WWSV has organized with the
Othneil Looker House (Harrison Village Historical Society), Crosby Township
Old Town Hall, and Passmore Log Cabin (both Crosby Township HIstorical
Society) that will occur on Saturday August 26, from 2-5 pm.
Attached is the actual passport and a flyer that we are distributing.
Signs in front yards will also be used, and publicity has been through the
Harrison Press, Harrison Happenings, and our FaceBook and Website. Those
who present their stamped passport to Adopted a Plant Garden Center in New
Haven will receive a complimentary herb plant .
Note that this is a one-day event. WWSV has born the minimal expense of
creating and printing the tri-fold passport, so the cost to each
organization is essentially rounding up volunteers to be hosts and provide
tours at their respective sites.
MHS members are invited to attend!
