Hi Bill - I think Terrie and I have come up a reasonable compromise.
I'm going to try to include some titles of programs, but no descriptions
or locations. I'm going to redo and will get back to you all with a new
draft.

If these are going to teachers I am okay with no images. The piece

I should say that at Overnight Prints, 5000 4x9 cards (which is a smidge
bigger than I'm doing right now) would be 330, including shipping.
5000 trifold brochures would be 360, including shipping.
I don't know how long that sale is, but if I could get it together by
tomorrow, that would be a great deal.

I missed your price question from before.
Right now, we can get 2500 for about 350.00 or 5000 for about 560.00.
The alternative to putting in the sample programs, which I could go
either way on, is to add more images throughout the piece. Right now,
as it is, I have room for ONE photo. So, folks, please weigh in on
that. I was iffy on the samples because I didn't want to leave anyone
out, but you want folks to know what we're doing.
The alternative would be to get a brochure - but we can only get 2000 of
those for 500.00.
Any feedback would be great.

Suggestions:
Who we are: Drop the number of organizations so piece is more
"evergreen".
...consortium of historic sites, libraries, house and small museums from
the tri-state region.
How do I know which site....needs?
First, visit the MHS website where many members list their programs and
you'll find links to their websites.
You'll also find contact information so you can speak to one of their
educators or historians.
How much do programs cost?
Each member organization sets its own fee structure. Prices can vary for
outreach or field trip experiences.
Cost may range from free to a flat fee or per student. Contact the
member organization for more information.
Example Programs:
Can the flyers be printed economically in relatively small batches so
the examples change frequently?
Overall: fewer words, add pictures if possible?

Hi all
Terrie and I worked together to get this educational rack card
completed. She got draft text to me earlier this week and I finally had
time to get it formatted so it flows with our other publications and
information. Please READ IT CAREFULLY for typographical errors,
clarity, etc. Would like to get this to the printer by next Monday, I
think, so we can have them in time for our next meeting.
The Examples we provided were ones that Terrie randomly pulled from the
list of educational opportunities on our website.
