We lease ours from ABS. We pay monthly plus for so many color copies and black
copies. We pay for additional copies of each if we go over. The "rent" gets
us "free toners" and they services it when there is a problem. After a few
years they upgrade the copier.

Hello MHS colleagues,
Any recommendations for a copier/ office printer vendor?
Our copier died (it was old enough to be in a copier museum as an artifact) and
we’re looking into consolidating our separate copier, laser printer and color
inkjet printer/scanner/fax.
Will probably start researching Walt’s and ProSource.
