Hi Folks,
We are going to meeting at the Harriet Beecher Stowe House at 10 a.m. on
Monday, April 13th.
April's meeting will focus on "S.O.S. MHS". In order to prepare, please come up
with two problem areas of your organization (higher visibility, social media,
grants, human resource coordination, achieving your vision, resource
utilization, creating policies, etc.) and email them to me no later than April
1st. When you get in the doors, you will be partnered up with another member to
go over these issues, come up with strategies and potential solutions. Once
again, this is meant to utilize internal resources of our group.
Please RSVP as to whether or not you are going to be able make it, along with
the number of individuals that will be attending.
