Hello
The launching of MF Models on AWS have been a great success. We now have a
hundred companies getting Meteo-France data from our service!
There have been some technical hiccups in the beginning, but now the service is
stable and performing well.
Even if the AWS servers are much better than the original Meteo-France servers,
we are still dependent on them. We got the data later when they are slow, and
we are dead when they are dead. It might not be sufficient warranty for some
businesses.
Meteo-France provides a premium access allowing to download the data with a
dedicated bandwidth. It allows to get the data within minutes of their
availability, with no bottleneck / vs a few hours delay with MF public service
or our AWS servers. But, the MF premium service is ridiculously expensive.
That is why we are now launching the Premium Alliance. We buy the premium
bandwidth service and split the price between the users.
If you need a warranted access or an earlier access to Meteo-France models, we
invite you to join our Premium Alliance
