Thanks Tony, I posted an article on Groundhog Presbyters yesterday from the
Church Times, which reflects our move towards being ‘local’.
The centres of where we meet and gather have shifted away from where we work eg
Cities and more towards our local communities..local shops
Our Christian place in that will be really important for our emerging presence
when we are able to meet again
I think a discussion about what the Church will look like post lockdown/ living
with pandemic could be really useful..
I know the support of my neighbours and family has become even more important
to me as I have not been able to meet friends. I have been in a support bubble
with Mum
Please share your prayerful thoughts about the Church’s future... gathered and
scattered, in person and online
With love and prayers
Sara

OPM = Ordinary Places Ministry; CSS = Coffee Shop Sunday, a ‘freshexpression’
of church which has grown exponentially in the last year. Ijoined them online
last spring, and have found it to be a wonderfulfellowship. It is based in
Coventry, has members all over the UK, andquite often has participants from as
far afield as Kenya and the USA. Warmly recommended – Trevor is willing to talk
about it on Zoom or in person assituations permit. Blessings,
