We had reactivated our Bell internet service by phone several days before we
moved in, but when we arrived we found that it was not working (not phone, not
TV, not Internet). We called Bell and they sent out a service tech, who found
that we weren’t connected in the wiring closet.
We don’t know who disconnected us or why but they may have had to replace
equipment for some reason. I think he said he only saw three other Bell users
connected in the wiring closet, so there may be a lot of others who will have
the same issue.
