DE AAA3MD NR 11-79 R 010215Z OCT 2011 FM AAA3MD TO ALL MDC STAFF AND MEMBERS BT SUBJECT: //MARS R/ SMD 11-79 OCTOBER 2011 MDC STAFF MEETING Greetings! This message is going to both groups to ensure coverage. This will cease in the very near future. Make sure you have a working Winlink account as well as the Yahoo group membership so you get the information you need. The October MDC Staff meeting will be held Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 2300Z at American Legion Post 223 in Sykesville, MD. Some will gather at about 2200Z to partake of the restaurant / lounge food. The meeting will follow immediately thereafter. The food part is entirely optional and at your own expense. All staff officers are expected to attend if possible. Please let me know in advance if you have anything you want added to the agenda. Also, let me know if you will be present, or not. All members are welcome to attend. I only ask that you notify me at least 1 day in advance so we have enough chairs to accommodate everyone in the small meeting room. Let me know if you want anything added to the agenda. Current agenda items may include: Emergency Exercise this Fall (and reflections on ARES interop efforts) VHF infrastructure maintenance and installation issues Status of funds available for purchase of JF-12 acceptable VHF assets Members not meeting minimum requirements MARSgrams and the American Legion Post Changes expected from the Fort 2012 Annual meeting Winlink requirements for all members and so on ...
