aat3fg@xxxxxxxxxxx and they should be in a flat txt file ie not MSWORD..
notepad works great and is free.. Reason: some people cant afford MSWORD it
costs money.. also flat files lend themselves to sending on other digital modes
in case they have to be relayed via hf/vhf digital.. word does not
