I am sure most of you have seen this from Peter. Apologies for those getting it
twice.

Paul & Nina

Welcome to another winter season at Geneva Airport! With the continuing
support of the Geneva Airport authorities, T.O.C.C. will once again be in
operation at the airport this forthcoming winter season, acting as the
intermediary between the airport authorities and the British and Scandinavian
tour operators and minibus, and providing various airport associated services.

We will be present at the airport at the weekends whenever T2 (charter
terminal) is open, starting from December 12th, 2015. We will provide, free of
charge, a basic liaison service, funded by the airport authorities. For
anything over and above this we charge a small subscription for the season to
contribute towards our costs you may wish to view it as an insurance premium!
Your subscription remains unchanged, should you wish to avail yourselves of
our services for the season, and will be 110 payable by 31st December 2015.
Your support is much appreciated.

Attached, a little later than I had anticipated, you will find a great deal of
information which, I hope, will be of use, if not interesting. There is
something of relevance to everyone: large and small tour operators; single
chalet operators coming to collect their clients even just once; and transfer
providers. Updated versions of these documents will be available using this
link
(https://www.dropbox.com/sh/cg4m3rv9nsjc198/AAAQZu0Pb5TM6WJg_312Q0d7a?dl=0).

A very important change this winter is that, at the weekends, all FlyBe flights
will be operating in and out of T2; all Jet2 flights will check in at T2; and
Monarch are now operating as a schedule carrier. Monarch flights will be operating
under a ZB code and will use both T1 & T2. You must pay attention to the
attached information to ensure that you drop off and collect your clients from the
correct terminal.

As usual, I am available to show you around the facilities at the airport and
discuss any matters you may wish to raise: if you would like to meet up, please
contact me and we can see what can be arranged.

Even if you never, ever go to Geneva Airport but have clients who do, I
believe, in the interest of customer service, you should still be aware of the
procedures and what is going on at the airport. However, if none of this
concerns you, please accept my apologies, contact me and I will remove you from
my mailing list. Equally, if you know anybody who is not included in this
mailing and would like to be, please let me know.

Finally, and as always, I wish you a busy, prosperous and, above all, enjoyable
ski season. Happy Christmas and New Year!

Kind regards,
Peter Hallewell
