A HUGE Congrats to Prof Rick White and Club IT for refurbishing 20 Desktop
computer systems including CPU, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Club ITers
leading the charge were Alex Alaoen, John Paul Castillo, Jake Cuevas, Kelsey
Cyganik, Daphne Demarchi, Doug Emfinger, and Eric Vanaselja. Many of these
students are currently taking CSIT 180 Fundamentals of Computer Hardware and
Software. Refurbishing these machines were a great way to get hands on
experience to complement what is learned in CSIT 180. The Club will be
donating these systems to fellow EOPS students.
Bravo for all of the hard work and for providing homes for these machines!
