Good Morning Leadership,
Please, Please, Please take advantage of the bellow deadlines. The deadline is
quickly approaching to submit spending bills for this fiscal year. Here are a
few ideas that other clubs have used spending bills for:
* Club Shirts
* Scholarships
* Memberships
* Graduation Stoles (many members are graduating)

I am also here to help you every step of the way so if you have any question
please do not hesitate to reach out. We have the funds, lets help are clubs
utilize these fund!
Deadlines for ASG and ICC – 2019/2020 Fiscal Year
* April 20 - Last day to submit ASG Funding Requests and ICC Spending
Bills/Funding Requests
* April 21 – Last day for Finance Committee to review and recommend ASG
Funding Request
* April 21-28 – Last day for ICC Executive Officers to review and recommend
ICC Spending Bill/Funding Requests.
* April 24 –Last day for ASG Senate to review and approve ASG Funding
Request.
* April 27 - Last day to submit ASG Funding Requests paperwork to Omar for
processing. Submit approved meeting minutes, when available.
* April 29 – Last day for ICC Full Council to review and approve ICC
Spending bill/Funding Requests.
* April 30 – Last day to submit ICC Spending bill/Funding Requests
paperwork to Omar for processing. Submit approved meeting minutes, when
available.
* May 1 – Deadline to submit requisitions in PeopleSoft Financials.
* This is for purchases to outside vendors or for reimbursements to
students or staff over $100.
* Purchases from outside vendors (even CulinArt), and reimbursements
over $100 cannot be processed through the paper check request process.
* June 1 – Last day to request reimbursement for $100 or less for students
or staff through the paper check request process.
* These check requests must be for reimbursements only. They cannot be
for outside vendors.
* Must be for $100 or less.
* Cannot “split” receipts to make them less than $100. For example,
if you are purchasing supplies and plan to get reimbursed, cannot request the
items to be rung up in 2 separate transactions so each receipt is less than
$100.
