Stoked about NCL! I spoke to Rick about my availability before joining and
just wanted to let you know as well. I asked to leave work early to make it
to the club on time, but the boss didn't approve :( soo I won't be getting
there till around 4:30PM (all late, I know, but I still really wanna be
involved). In case I miss roll call for NCL, can you please add me for
registration? I would also like to cast a vote for us to get T-Shirts. I
hope I don't miss too much else, but will see you in a couple hours.

Welcome to new and returning club members! This Wednesday, we will have
a meeting in room OC 4803B from 3:30 - 5:00pm. This week, we would like to
focus on National Cyber League Resources, primarily the NCL Coaching Guide
to include Crypto Kait.
We will be solving selected practice challenges, as a group, from the
coaching guide that will include Open Source, Cryptography, and Password
Cracking. This is a great hands-on opportunity for incoming CSIT students
to get a feel for what the National Cyber League will encompass, as well
for returning members to practice their skills.

*Announcements:*
1. I would like for our members to vote on using club funds to order
Club IT T-Shirts. If passed and if you have any ideas on a logo and what to
include on the T-Shirts, please draw up a sketch and we can vote on them as
a group.
2. Professor Cassoni will be taking an accountability roster of
members who would like to participate this year in the National Cyber
League so If you are unable to attend this week’s meeting, let me or
Professor Cassoni know so we can add you to this roster.
3. Club Rush ("Club Recruitment Day") is upon us and happening this
Thursday, September 5th from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. If you would like to
help coordinate/volunteer on how we can represent Club IT on campus, let’s
discuss it shortly at this meeting.
