Good morning Club ITer’s,
We still have not heard from our “ICC REPRESENTATIVE.” If we do not have
standing attendance at all ICC meetings this could ultimately mean we could be
penalized, meaning no club funds. That’s not good, that means no pizza and no
projects. If some one happens to be free or on campus from 11:30 - 12:30 in the
Azlan A/B Conference room, could you please rescue our club and attend the ICC
meeting. This would only be a temporary situation as you would stand just for
todays meeting until we are able to elect a new representative.

I hope you all had a great summer and are enjoying your four day weekend. I
wanted to take this opportunity this opportunity to remind you of upcoming club
recruitment days that will be held at all three campuses. The first day
isSeptember 6th at the Community Learning Center, from 11:30am to 12:30pm with
a sponsored second session from 7pm to 8pm. The second day isSeptember 8th at
the Oceanside Campus, from 12pm to 1pm and the San Elijo Campus, from 12:30pm
to 1:30pm. Tables will be set up and are first come first serve.
Club Recruitment Day is a great opportunity for clubs to recruit new members,
network and raise awareness about clubs in general. I invite you to spread the
word as this event is open to the public.

of the Inter-Club Council will be held at the Oceanside Campus: Wednesday,
September 7, 2016The Inter-Club Council will open the meeting at 11:30 AM in
the Oceanside Campus – Student Center - Aztlan A & B.

clubs may have changed. I will be putting together and using a new based off
