This information is for Rescue Groups ONLY. ALL Rescue hold requests are to
be sent via email only (none will be accepted via phone, text or social
media) to mcassist@xxxxxxxx with the following required information:
EMAIL SUBJECT: HOLD for (insert animal id number)
In the body of the email, provide the following:
Animal ID#:_________________________
Name of Rescue Group:__________________________________________________
Name of designated person for pickup:_____________________________________
Contact Phone Number for person placing hold:______________________________
Date & Time for pickup:__________________________________________________
Any other requests:__________________________________________________
An animal can only be put on HOLD for 1 day (24 hours) beyond the stray hold
period. A confirmation will be sent back to the requestor via email.
All incoming mcassist emails will be answered during the following hours and
within the specified timeframe:
Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm Within two hours
Saturday - Sunday 10am - 4pm Within three hours
Emails received outside of these timeframes will be answered the next day,
during these hours. If a response has not been received within the specified
timeframes, please notify Mark Wysocki immediately via email
