Hi all,
If the weather is kind there is a good chance I'll take the boat out one
day - looking like Sunday is better at this point. I hope to do a
graveyard/deep wreck dive, so we'll probably go out of Barwon Heads,
although possibly Sorrento.
There will be plenty of no-deco options in 20-40m, including the Canberra,
submarines, cray dives, and possibly drifts. We should all get the
opportunity for 2 dives.
It will be winter Melbourne boat diving - not a great option for your first
dive since doing your course in Thailand! Hopefully the weather above
water will be nice, but the water will be 10-14deg C and the wind probably
cold, so layer up your wetsuits or drysuit undergarments.
