Road Runner Support
You can still get help using or repairing your Road Runner or Road
Runner Talking Bible as long as you purchased the unit before December 31,
2001. To get help, contact Springer Design, Inc. via email at
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx We may not respond immediately, but we will
always respond. Please note that we no longer offer telephone support.
If you are having problems with any products manufactured or sold by
Companion Devices, Inc., you must contact them. Springer Design, Inc. is not
connected with Companion Devices, Inc. in any way.
New Downlink Software
There is a new version of the Downlink software (1.31) that resolves
the Windows XP problems users are having. If you choose to install this
version, you MUST uninstall any previous versions FIRST! You can do this by
going to the Windows control panel and selecting "Add/Remove Programs". Then
select Road Runner Downlink for removal. You may encounter problems if you
do not uninstall previous versions first. When you have uninstalled the old
downlink software, you can install the new version by clicking here:
RRXPSetup.exe (download size is 4.6 megabytes).
