Most of you have received the email regarding the magnolia-all mailing list. This one is no different, only it is reserved for staff. Please note that I need a list of PTO and Board Members' email addresses for their mailing list.
Using the list is simple: Just send an email to magnolia-staff@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and it will go to everyone on staff with a correct email address registered to the list. Right now the list is as follows:
Please review email addresses for accuracy and let me know if I should change anything. Note that these are also the same addresses that I used for the firstnamelastinitial@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx email addresses, so you may want to specify that any changes you make should affect there as well. You can have as many outside email addresses as you want either attached to your school email address or on the mailing list, so there's no reason to choose which address you want to receive your email, you can get it all of them!
The list will not be moderated for registered users unless a reason makes itself known. Since it is a closed list anbd you are all adults, I do not foresee that happening, but it is a possibility especially if anyone's email address ever gets hacked.

Also, unless you change the reply address, if you hit reply it will go to everyone on the list. Please let me know if I can help you with any problems.
