Dearest Madrichot,
Hope you are all having a wonderful vacation.

Please note that we are meeting on Thursday 27th August from 15:30-18:30
This meeting is considered the first session of our hishtalmut.
In addition we will be discussing our yearly plans and essential aspects of
hadracha.
It is crucial that everyone attends.

I will endeavor to make sure that the other sessions will take place in the
various areas in order to try and be fair to all the madrichot.

Session 1 will take place in Pisgat Zeev, Jerusalem
The exact venue will be announced before the date

Please rsvp that you will attend by no later than Tuesday 4th August 2015.
