[macvoiceover] where is the when combo box, or pop-up in mail

Hi David, and all, you spoke of the when combo box, where is this,
since, there seems to be little to no explanation as to what these
boxes do, even if you are vo right arrowing accross to hear the text
associated with each part of the dialog.  I was in general, and saw
several things, and even saw something that said downloads, but from
the context of things, it sounded like the downloads folder, so they
should have put the pop up with the check box to remove messages from
the server, which is checked, as well as the send windows friendly
attachments check box in the sending attachments area of a message with
command shift a, so just wondering where this box is?  Thanks in
advance.
