[macvoiceover] voice over help on iphone

Hi,
Can someone please help me with voice over? I had the app "Tikl" on my phone
and when my friend opened it voice over suddenly stopped working. Now it reads
when a call is in progress or is coming in, but there is no sound other wise. I
tried restarting my phone a couple times, but that didn't work. I also tried
reconfiguring universal settings in itunes, that didn't work either. How do I
fix this?
