btw, do you know that if you send a message to someone, their address is available from then on by just simply typing the first few letters of their first name? youwill get a list in the to field if there are more than one and you can choose from the list. This is controlled by the recent recipiants panel.

I struggled with that one too. I have played around with it so much I can't remember what the default is now. go to the card menu and where it says add field, go in there and select edit template. It will give you the options to change those kinds of things. But I have mine set so there's a work number, a mobile number and then the email option. Apple might want to try and label these fields in a update.
see if that helps.

I just took a real hard look at it and still cannot find a way to enter an email address.

Thanks Chantelle.
I played around with it a lot last night and have figured a few things out. It's slightly confusing but I managed to change the template that helped me. always remember that the fields after the pop up boxes are where you need to write the correlating info. the one thing that confused me was where it has other name and the relationship of the person. The text edit box comes before that pop up. Slightly confusing at first but once I got the hang of it, it worked quite well. Once I've played with it more, I'm defitinitely writing a tutorial, its one of the trickier mac applications. But I'd like to hear what you discover from it too.
thanks
Marie

I was wondering if anyone had managed to figure out what all
of the fields were for in address book. I managed to get the
phone number in the right box but couldn't seem to add
an email. Not all of the boxes are labelled. Does anyone
have any tips how to use the address book with voice over?
Any help would be great!
Thanks
Marie
