It happens especially when you first interact in the folder and it happens
mostly in icon mode as far as I can see.

The closest issue I’m having is that in the extras menu you get to with VO m
twice I need to VO space to activate the menu instead of just VO sown arrow
like in the regular menu. Nothing is happpening behind the scenes that
Voiceover isn’t speaking, the menus just don’t activate without a nudge.

"Entering" apparently means that is what you are on but often vo-f6 no
longer gives you a list of what is selected.
