[macvoiceover] userguide vor voiceover in 10.8, help pls!

Hello,
I am searching but can't find a userguide for voiceover in 10.8.
The command vo+? gives a old and litle startersguid but not a usersguide.
With google, I can't find it also after a first look.
Any help would be appreciated,
