[macvoiceover] trouble downloading TurboWeb

Hi everyone,
I wanted to try out TurboWeb as I'm getting a lot of busy's using Safari and/or
Web Kit. I went to the app store and found TurboWeb. I click on the link for
"TurboWeb free" which, with other apps usually begins the download process.
However, in this case, the download doesn't start, and the "TurboWeb free"
button is greyed out. Is this app available in Canada? Has anyone else had
trouble downloading TurboWeb?
