Hi, Dan,
I have a 13-inch macbook, aluminum not a pro, and it has a multi touch track pad. This model was only made for a short time and has been replaced with the 13 inch macbook pro aluminum. Can't wait ot install sl and try out the track pad! Marcy

Hello,
Other than the notebook pro none of the keyboards have a multitouch pad. In fact, I emailed Apple Accessibility and suggested this concept. A keyboard with a multitouch pad, built in. For us VO users, it would provide complete accessibility for all. And I suggested that this be a universal keyboard that could be used on all the Mac products. The responded and said that they would consider such an idea. However, I suspect that if it hasn't been developed before now, it will probably be a while, if ever, before something like that is manufactured by Apple.

I think one of them does it but if you google external trackpad, you should find a multi touch one.

Hi,

I went to the site and saw no mention of multi touch capability. Isn't this a must for use with snow leopard?

all,

I think we discussed this a while back and now have found a possible solution for the desktop and trackpads. I will not guarantee that it will function with vo gestures in snowleopard, but if you want to dare and try:
