[macvoiceover] Re: the latest Safari update for Snow Leopard

A look through VO sound help shows me that the sound I'm thinking of is the 
"web area loaded," sound.  I do *NOT* always hear this sound, even though the 
page is, as you say, fully loaded in less than three seconds--I'm on a cable 
broadband that's supposed to give not 15MBPS download, though I've never seen 
more than 2 MBPS...  Now, though I've heard it a few times, it seems to happen 
less.  Also, once I hear the "web area loaded," sound, I don't have t interact 
with the HTML content; I'm already interacted, ready to go; if I don't hear the 
sound, I have to manually interact with the HTML content area.  Just curious 
what causes the different behaviors.
