[macvoiceover] some of my Voiceover sounds,,,

Hi folks,

I seem to have turned off some of the Voiceover sounds like the sound for drag 
and drop.  If I did that, I can't remember where to go to turn them back on any 
ideas?
I did check in Voiceover utilities and all seems to be well.
