[macvoiceover] skype questions

I downloaded and installed skype -- its mostly accessible, however I
cannot tell if a contact is online or what the status is -- any way to
do this with vo?
Also, any way to hide the app so it does not appear when I cycle through
using command tab? That would sure be nice to do.
