Contacts are not kept in the same place as other context generated by mail or
Facebook or FaceTime, etc. I believe that you have to click on the name of the
person from within Skype and it brings up a menu with a "block, "feature, but
it has been a while since I used Skype for Mac.

Hi TF, I went to contact list on apps folder, but it only listed my contacts
on face-time.

Try removing the contact from the list in your contacts app, that is, you
don’t do this through skype, rather through contacts, as this is what skype
uses.
Not 100% sure of this but have a look. Your contacts app is in the
applications folder.
