[macvoiceover] quitting processes?

Hi,
How does a voiceover user go about quitting processes that are giving them
issues? I am trying to do this.
The fantastical app is constantly asking for my passwords. this happens every
time I open the app. one of their support agents told me to save it to
keychain, but it’s not safe.
How can i fix this while still being safe?
