[macvoiceover] problem with icloud

i might have a problem with iCloud. i have a macbook using lion and a mini
using mountain lion both have iCloud enabled and both are enabled for all
services
i create a document using text edit on the mini but can't get it on my macbook
even though the document's saved in iCloud and it shows up when i look at my
account
hope someone can make sense of this.
